JqueryUi Accordion menu (Need to add a menu to a page)

I am working on building a website with software my hosting company provided me with called Webbuilder. Anyway, I want to use the accordion menu, however I am really lost. I downloaded the jqueryui from this site. The download gave me tons of files. Now what to do with them? How do I add this to my page? Where does the code go and which files is my link to the library? I download all the widgets not just the accordion, but the accordion is the only one I want to use at this point. I tried to upload one of the files the looked like it could be the library, but my hosting site said the file was to large. I am not really sure it was the correct file anyway there are so many that all look the same or at least, many labeled the same. Where is the html code? When I was on the Jquery site I could hit view source and it was there, but in the downloaded version I am lost. All I really want to do is know what to add and where to add it on my page. Also which css code do i copy into the css file, it's all lumped together in the download??? If anyone could help that would be great.
