jQueryUI: in Accordion/Section 3 <UL> list not showing

Hi,
Look at:
Accordion/Section 3.
The items inside the <UL> ...</UL> tags in the text area,
are not showing as a LIST.
They show as a single line, like this:
List item one List item two List item three
Tried with FF 3.0.5, Safari Win (latest) & IE6 (yes...6).
