I'm completely new at Jquery and I am trying to make a custom scrollbar for my website (http://www.paranoidonion.com)... and let's just say it's a big mess.  I've tried looking at basic jquery tutorials but for the life of me I can't figure out jquery!!  I'm not even sure where to start getting it to work, but so far it's created a whole new box and I kind of understand why but I'm so lost..  I'd really rather use as little embeded html as possible and as much CSS as I can, so even a point in the right direction would be appreciated.
