Use the pluguin JScrollPane to create a scrollbar within the site area.

The content is dynamically generated and therefore need to enable autoReinitialise the plug so that it calculates the height of the content.

Within this content is a series of anchors. To function, activated the hijackInternalLinks: true to the plugin capture these anchors.

The problem now is that when I click the link that leads to a particular anchor, the scrollbar disappears.
