Jumping Up To The Page

hello guys

I have a problem with a jquery i think let me explain ...
i was working on a blog wordpress and ...

when you click on the links a href links it jumps to the top of the page and then you have to scroll down and see whats going on
i have popup block that it jumping up and you have to scroll down
i have drop down jquery menus

Could some one tell me where is the problem wich .js file is making problem and how can i make this fix
