Keyboard events


G'day all
I have just completed a new menu based on JQuery and found the .hover
function rather handy but alas there is no keyboard counterpart.
Now I'm not 100% sure of the best implementation (it gets a little
murky with focus and bubbling) of this or the interest it might garner
but I'd like to contribute something.
If this sounds like a good idea then I'd like to discuss some
implentation details and if not then I won't waste any more bandwidth.
