Learning jQuery?

Well, I know a bit of jQuery, but I wanted to improve, so what's the best way to do that. Does the documentation and tutorials page of jQuery.com cover everything that I need to know? If not, then any suggestions and if it was related buying books, then could you tell me which books are recommeneded for me?
