Hi all,

I've recently got an email about the infringement of the copyright of Gallariffic from Paul Ko. However as I've read the doc and license it say it is free, and the owner is Trent Foley. Here is the email content.

"Ken,

I am the creator of the web gallery entitiled "Galleriffic". I found
out that you have infringed my work on your personal portfolio web
page www.kenportfolio.com/Gallery.php without my consent. You need to
remove any infringing contents from your web right away. Also I have
filed an legal issue aganist your infringement activity through my
lawyer. Shame on your activity."

May anyone tell me, especially the owner and jQuery staffs, whether I am offense the copyright or this guy has other purposes? Please give some advice to me, I appreciate. Thanks!
