Lightbox problem. It works great when I test in Dreamweaver preview mode but it doesn't work in the online.

I am not so sure what could possibly went wrong. Everything is perfect in dreamweaver preview mode but not the online. If something wrong my code it shouldn't work in dreamweaver too. I am so frustrated.
