Link to simple map not linking in Nested Lists

Linking should not be difficult. I am starting in JQM have started to "flesh out" my site tried the first link to a working map page from a nested list - does not go to link, so I tried a button at the bottom of the page with same url and it loads. Sorry for the simple question but it is driving me crazy - they are both pointing to the same file!
