Linking to external link (can't scale content)

Linking to external link (can't scale content)

Failr new to Jquery mobile and I'm building an app which is compiled on phonegap.

One of my links is loading an external page.  It shows up fine within the app but I can't scale the content on the mobile device.

Any suggestions how I can view/scale the page or does it have to open in an external browser? ...if so, how do I open the phone's default browser?
