linking to item within toggle (show/hide)

I am using this code to separate information into sections using show/hide.

I want to be able to link to a specific item within a section which is also within a tab.

Example: I want to link to Bret Fetzer in Cultural Programs which is in the Staff tab.

http://www.4culture.org/test/about/leadership/

Is this possible? I am already using #staff to open the staff tab.
