Listnav plugin not working in jQuery 1.9

Listnav plugin not working in jQuery 1.9

Listnav does not appear to be working in jQuery 1.9 - get a completely empty area where A-Z nav should be.

Works fine in 1.8.1

Just wondered if anyone might know a fix for this? I know it's a relatively old plugin, but I haven't come across anything more up to date that does the same job.
