using an iPhone or simulator - navigate down a nested list (a UL with data-role=listview).  I'm using BlackBaud Lab's iPhone simulator, which exhibits the "back button not working" issue:

This will illustrate how the Back button doesn't work on ListView doesn't work on your own example.
