Load JS onDemand, works for the first itration - stops after

I am using the plugin onDemand load js. When you click on "Get Started", it loads the required js files using requireJs() function and the also the required html using load() function.

There are three simple and quick steps... Once we finish the 3 steps and to start over if we click on "Get Started" again without refreshing the page... it does not work as before.. the Next button does not respond.
