Load page into scroller

Load page into scroller

Hello. I have created a page with jQuery tabs, and each tab has a scroller that pulls text from a div. However, I also have navigation on the right that needs to be loaded into the scroller, but I'm not sure this is possible without using a lot of hidden divs.

So, instead I was thinking that each tab could call an html page, and pull it into the scrollable area. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Any tutorials? I'm pretty new to jQuery. Thanks - B
