Loading the genarated head of a php page with help of ajax

Hello everybody,

could anybody tell me, how to load the head of some php page per ajax.

I need this cause i'm using a cms. And if i do not reload the new generated header on my page,
some functions which uses javascript, doesn't work properly.
Please help me!
