recently i was browsing through about 20 carousel addons and plugins, but i couldnt find one which has all the features i need it to have... so i thought u can maybe help me out a bit... (sry for my bad english btw.)  :-)

in fact the possibilty to NOT scroll element-by-element but step-by-step is what i love on this one..

sadly it still doesnt have everything i need.. and thats external controls like on this one ->

so, im looking for an carousel slider which goes step-by-step on mousehoover (instead of element-by-element on mouseclick) but also with an external control-menu where i can reach every picture in the carousel directly instead of scrolling to it... 

does anybody know a plugin which can do all this ?!

or can somebody PLEASE help me combining the 2 plugins i posted above, 

adding the external menu from the 2nd one to the code of the 1st one ?!

i would really appriciate any help!!
