looking for a vertical scrolling text script or plug

Hi,

I have a content text area which has pictures under it. Sometimes the content is going to extend beyond the designated area, and the client wants custom scroll buttons and no default scrollbar. Here's a mockup of what I need to do:



Can someone point me in the direction of a smooth-scrolling jquery solution? I've been poking around but can't find any solution.
