Looking for plugin: dropdown with scrollbar, both with css capability

Hi

I don't know whether this is the best place for this quesion - if not please forgive me. And suggest better places ;)

I need plugin which style SELECT (this is easy) but enables me to CSS also scrollbar. There are lot of plugins allowing first or second part but I couln't find one allowing both.
