loosing jquery mobile look when adding something dynamically

Hi everyone,
I'm developping a mobile web site and I have to dawnload a JSON list, this is working. Then I want the slider "On/Off" for each element of my list, so I did this :

  1.  function affichage_intensite()
  2.  {
  3.      var i;
  4.          var $lampes=$('#lampes_intensite');
  5.          for(i=0;i<3;i++)
  6.          {
  7.              window.console.log("<label for=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\">"+tableau_lampes[i].name+"</label>\n\
  8.              <select name=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\" id=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\" data-role=\"slider\">\n\
  9. <option value=\"off\">Off</option>\n\
  10. <option value=\"on\">On</option> </select>");
  11.             $lampes.append("<label for=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\">"+tableau_lampes[i].name+"</label>\n\
  12.              <select name=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\" id=\""+tableau_lampes[i].name+"\" data-role=\"slider\">\n\
  13. <option value=\"off\">Off</option>\n\
  14. <option value=\"on\">On</option> </select>");
  15.
  16.          }
  17.  }
I have the good things but with the look of HTML5 and not with the jquery slider...

My HTML for this is :
  1.  <div class="centrer"    data-role="fielcontain">
  2.             <label for="intensite">Changement d'intensité</label> <select name="intensite" id="intensite" data-role="slider">
  3.                 <option value="off">Off</option>
  4.                 <option value="on">On</option>
  5.             </select>
  6.
  7.             <div id="lampes_intensite"></div>
  8.             </div>

Someone can help me ?
Thanks !
