Make a jquerry mobile a native app using phonegap

Im a new jquerry mobile developer, and I'd like know how to make a native app  of android using phonegap.
I can do it using just jquerry mobile (html, css, js), the problem is when I need data base conexion and I need to use a php or c# language.
can somebody tell me how to use data base with jquerry mobile to build a native app with phonegap.
