Make circle diagram with jquery

Hi!

I want to use this diagram  http://www.jqplot.com/tests/pie-donut-charts.php

But it doesn't work in my localserver(XAMPP)

What is wrong here?

NOTE: my jquery and javascript skills are beginner level.
