Make li as Circular using Javascript

Please help me out.I don't know how to start it. My Task is to make a circular Photo collage using li in HTML and Javascript or Jquery.In which each li will bring one image which has to be placed in different angles too.No li should takes same angle in collage.Please help me out.I don't know how to start it
