Make Text in DIV Scroll

Make Text in DIV Scroll

Hey all, I am rather new to jquery and have run into a problem that I have not been able to figure out myself...hopefully someone will be able to assist me.

I have a div 500 px high with text in it.  The text takes up more space the provided and I wanted the DIV or text to scroll up as the mouse neared the bottom of the div.  It is pretty simple and straight forward, but I can not figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
