Making a timer start on click on textbox and then dissapear to be locked?

Making a timer start on click on textbox and then dissapear to be locked?

I'm new with jQuery and I haven't been able to find a way to make it so that as soon as I've clicked a textbox/field
a timer will start, visible on screen and after 2 minutes, the textbox will dissapear and it won't come back even if you reload the page. Someone please help?
