I'm wanting help on creating something that I'm struggling to find the correct terminology for and therefore google about it.

Essentially I'm wanting to create a configurable form that gives users information on each selection.

So for example:

CHOOSE A LOCATION YOU'D LIKE TO VISIT

- Melbourne

- Sydney

- Canberra

(This would then open up next step)

CHOOSE YOUR IDEAL ACTIVITY

- Surfing

- Exploring

- Dining

(Then a list of options would be presented)

I know this sounds ambiguous, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any helpful tutorials, frameworks, snippets etc to use for a multi-stage form like this?
