Im an absolute newbie to Jquery and am trying to squirm my way through..I tried some tutorials to make a dropdown menu. but the code doesnt seem to work...I have included all the js code in a script tag.Is there something Iam missing though???what are the steps reqd to make the code work offline???Does one need to upload the file to the server for the code to work.is there some code or tag to specify a link to jquery file???Im sorry if im not making sense at this point as this all seems alien to me..

I would aprreciate some helpful links explaining the beg steps to a newcomer.
