Making Timelinr Plugin Responsive

I am attempting to make use of the Timelinr plugin for jquery as it does everything I need in my project, the only issue is it doesn't allow the images to be responsive. Has anyone tried to use this in the past and found a way to change the javascript to allow responsive elements? Any help is very much appreciated! Files code below:
