missing jquerymobile file?

I have updated dreamweaver cs6 to work with the new jquerymobile 1.2.0, all seems well until I save the html page when I get a warning that

(data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAID/AMDAwAAAACH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAICRAEAOw==);

is missing so can't be copied.
