missing XML setup file in the package.

missing XML setup file in the package.

I have built a download package (with theme) on the jQurey site. when
I try to install the package I get the following error. I unzipped the
package and searched for an xml file but could not find one.
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package
I am running Joomla! 1.5.14 with safe mode off.
Any insight on this?
