modify content into a dynamic generated table?

Hi! I have a problem and I don't know to solve it:
I create in jquery a dynamic table and populate from a recordset with data. After that I want to modify some cell in this table to add new data (don't want to add new rows) ... How can I do that..? I found on the internet livequery plug-in but still not working...
