Most of the pages are not refreshing

Most of the pages are not refreshing

I'hv been made a mobile web site using jquery, php is the server side language.  But now when i run the site some pages doesn't comes as it is. After refresh of it, the page come up as it is.. what would be problem, please let me know how to overcome it
