I'm using a jquery autocomplete textbox. It working perfectly expect only in one case. I've a <div> tag and it show on the mouse over of a link and hide when the mouse out of that div. That div tag contains a autocomplete textbox.  Autocomplete textbox will dropdown the records according to my keypress. But when I mouse over an item in that drop down list, the entair div tag will hide. My aim is not to hide my div on mouse over of that drop down. Below the image.
