mouserOut problem

I have a little problem. On this page you can see a box in the right part. On mouseover, it comes to left. On mouseout it is going back at the initial position. But mouseover it and mouseover the link from that div and you will see what is happening. The div behaves as mouseout. How can I solve this problem?
