move scroll to last commnt

i have page of commnts
okay ... my comnts sort by ASC #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 BUT IT IS NOT DESC #5 #4 #3 #2 #1
okay now i want when add a new commnt , i want scroll move to last commnt
how i do it ?
