I am building a site that is primarily database driven and have multiple popups on several pages that have forms in the popups. I have found that as I am navigating through and using the site some times I have to click a submit button twice for it to submit or I have to manually refresh the page to get a popup to work. I believe I have gone through everything and made sure all of the ID's are unique throughout the whole site per one suggestion but it's still having this issue.

Any ideas anyone has would be great.
