Navigation Does Not Display on Mobile Devices

A jQuery navigation I'm using works properly on desktops and laptop devices, but for mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, and Androids) it does not display.  Need help identifying a solution.  The URL:  Foremost Family Health Centers .  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
