Navigation Will Not Display on Mobile Devices

The jquery navigation I'm using works properly on desktops and laptop devices, but for mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, and Androids) it does not display. Need help identifying a solution. The URL: Foremost Family Health Centers. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
