Need a rescue with superfish menu - help!
Hi folks,
First - I'm very sorry - but I know NOTHING about jQuery. And I'm in a jam. I no longer have support from the person who created the top and bottom superfish menu at downthefence.net. It's a Joomla! site, my first.
The menu seemed to work fine at first, but it's become very inconsistent. It always loads/flashes vertically, then pops up horizontally where it should be. I think this is addressed here:

but I don't know enough to follow the steps even.
Sometimes the images load, sometimes they don't. Sometimes I get just clickable links all in a row: learnbuybreedtrainoutfitshow, sometimes I get the menu plus all the dropdown text links breaking up the layout and sitting there.
What's weird is that it seems to do this in the morning, and then within a few hours it is fine. Could this be server issues too? I use a gridserver on mediatemple.
I'm happy to pay someone for what I'm hoping/believe is a quick fix/debugging - the site launches March 31st! Please help me.
