Need a very small tweak in a plugin. Who can do this?

I'm using the following plugin on a website to preload webpages when hovering over their links on the navigation panel.

It seems to be working very well so far, but I am looking for someone who can tweak it to preload all webpages without hovering.

I am going to be using this on a very small website of 4 pages so I am looking forward for someone to tweak this so the whole website preloads in the background when we visit the first page.
