Need assistance with JQuery File Upload implementation issue...

I'm trying to figure out how I broke the JQuery File Upload plugin as my " Add Files " is no longer a button but text, does anyone know how to fix that problem? (see attachment)

I'm pretty new to JQery and jscript.. go easy on me.
