I want to create a contact form (not where a user submits a message) but where they search for contact information regarding a municipality.

Go to this site and type in 'thibault' . You can see the effect. I really want something like that. Or where a user starts typing and a drop down appears from the textbox. I don't know what to put into google to search for this! Thank you
