Need help getting the stratus2 soundcloud player on my tumblr

So basically yeah im trying to add the stratus2 soundcloud player to my tumblr but im having a hard time figuring out where to put the Jquery code..It's really long and im an HTML noob so any help is appreciated :) hahah
