New 1.6 and 1.7 milestones in Trac

New 1.6 and 1.7 milestones in Trac

I changed the previous Trac milestone named '1.6' to '1.7', and created a new one for 1.6. From here forward:
Milestone 1.7 should be for any planned fixes on top of 1.6rc6 (compatible with jQuery 1.3)
Milestone 1.6 should be for any planned fixes on top of 1.6rc2 (compatible with jQuery 1.2.6)
