Styles seem to be broken with the downloaded JQueryUI packages, at least with the 'Dialog' widget package. Could someone else confirm please?

To reproduce, go to the download page at http://jqueryui.com/download/

Untoggle all components and choose the "Dialog" widget

Select a theme, I tried Ligthtness and Blitzer.

Download, unzip to its own folder and open index,html

Buttons etc are badly styled and open the dialog to find the dialog is broken.

Tested using latest JQuery 1.12.0 for production as well as supplied version in both latest IE and latest Chrome.
