New version of sortable has disabled all my toolbar controls!

Hi Guys
Since I upgraded from ui version 1.5b to version 1.5, my sortable divs
have done something to disable my toolbar.
The sortable is draggable by a header div handle which also contains
toolbar icons and a link to expand the panel.
I now can't click any of the toolbar icons because it engages the
draggable action!.
How can I solve this?
