Newbie Question - Scrolling Tabs

Please bear with me...I am new to jQuery...

I was wondering if there is a simple way to view the jquery library in a more readable format? When I view the javascript file in Dreamweaver I am unable to decipher which part of the code is for which tool (scrollable, tabs, etc). Here is a chunk of the code that I see:

I have my .html file, my .css file and the javascript library file (jquery.tools.min.js).

Maybe I'm completely missing something obvious...like missing javascript files???? It might help to show you what I'm trying to do...I would like to make the tabs on this page auto-scroll when the page loads:
