non-ascii characters in three files - ui.core.js, jquery.ui.all.js, effects.core.js


When I download and unzip the latest jquery.ui-1.5.3.zip file I get
non-ascii characters in three files. It may just be me but I am use
winzip and aptana/eclipse to view the files. This happens in three
files.
ui.core.js, jquery.ui.all.js, effects.core.js. The browser seems to
ignore it, but it caused me problems in something I am doing.
