Greetings:

This is my first post here.  I am a Realtor and  have designed a layout for our new website. It includes a few jQuery elements that I found at this website http://flowplayer.org/tools/scrollable/index.html.  The XHTML/CSS companies I have contacted to convert the PSD, have told me that the multiple jQuery elements will both slow down the loading of the home page and will conflict with one another.  Is there anyone that can tell me if there is a certain limit as to how many scripts is too many?

I have attached the layout to this message.

The jQuery elements include:

1) Mega navigation menu, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, etc.

2) Scrollable box with 4 screens, main image at the top of the page

3) Property Thumbnail scroll, halfway down the page

4) Scrolling testimonials below Property Thumbnails

I would greatly appreciate any help or direction.  While I don't have a big budget, I am also willing to pay for a consultation if necessary to get the answers I need.

Lastly, the website code is being done in ASP.net if that matters.
